J&K State.

3. Are in
possession of the prescribed academic/professional/technical qualifications and
fulfill all other eligibility conditions wherever required as shown against
each post by or before last date of submission of application forms.
The necessary instructions regarding filling
up of online applications are given herein below:-
1.Application form
duly completed alongwith self attested copies of the below mentioned
testimonials / documents shall be addressed to the Administrative Officer,
Office of the Advocate General, J&K State, Jammu/Srinagar. The application
can be deposited in the office of Advocate General J&K State Jammu/Srinagar
upto 11-04-2017 (4:00 PM). A self attested latest passport size photograph be
affixed on the application form.

certificate (Matriculation certificate)
b. Academic
qualification certificate.
c. Marks
certificate of examination passed.
d. Experience
certificate at bar issued by Concerned Principal District and Session Judge, If
any.
e. Permanent
Resident Certificate.
f. Category
Certificate, if any.
2. The in-service
candidates/contractual employees shall submit application form through proper
channel viz. the concerned Head of Department. In the event of failure of the
candidates to route the application through proper channel, his/her eligibility
shall be assessed as if he/she Is not an In-service candidate. The head of
Department concerned shall forward the application form of the In-service
candidates to the office of Administrative Officer, O/o Advocate General,
J&K state within 15 days after the last date of filling of applications.
3. The prescribed
qualifications reflect the bare minimum requirement of the Job and mere
possession thereof shall not entitle a candidate to be called for written
test/interview.
4. Call letters
shall not be issued individually; however, board shall give wide publicity
through print and electronic media. No claim of being unaware of the
dates/schedule for written test/interview shall be entertained.
5. The candidate
must produce the original qualification/category ccrtlficates/Bonafide
certificates in case of qualifications obtained outside the J&K State
before the Committee constituted for oral test or as and when the Board may
call such documents so that their eligibility for participation in the written
Test/interview Is verified. Any candidate who fails to produce the relevant
original documents/testimonials on the scheduled date shall not be allowed to
appear in the written/oral test.
6. No TA/DA will
be paid for participation In the written test/interview.
7. No application
form shall be entertained or accepted after expiry of cut of dote for receipt
of application form.
8. Any
qualification or claim accruing to the candidate after the last date of receipt
of application shall not be given any consideration. No under process documents
/ certificate will be entertained. Incomplete application forms(s) shall be out
rightly rejected and no claim shall be considered at any stage of recruitment
process.
9. Application Fee: A fee of 350/- In the
shape of bank draft from any Branch of J&K Bank drawn in favour of Accounts
Officer office of the Advocate General J&K State shall be accompanied-with
the application form.
