Note: Most of the applicants are confused regarding instruction 6 of the instruction: "The application should be on A4 size paper and all the entries in the application form should be in computer typed form, not hand written". Now there are applicants who have already applied for the above posts by taking the print of the application form on A4 size paper and by filling the details in a hand written format with a blue pen. If you are still confused with the instruction 6 whether to apply in a hand written format after taking print of the application form, we are providing the same application form in word format. Applicants who are going to apply for the posts can fill the application form on computer and take the print out of the filled application form. The applicants should mention the posts for which he is applying  on a single application form. Only one application should be submitted if the candidates opts for multiple posts. After getting confused with the instruction no. 6,  most of the candidates who applied earlier  in hand written format for GMC Class -IV posts have applied again by filling the word format on computer and taking the print of the application form.
Those who have applied earlier by filling the application form by hand written method should apply again so that no discrepancy occurs.
