You can get 100 GB additional Reliance Jio data for free; here is how

The company collaborated with the Mukesh Ambani backed operator Reliance Jio to offer a bonus of 100GB 4G data over the purchase of the newly launched Xiaomi Mi Max 2 either from online or offline channel.





Mi India lauched Xiaomi Mi Max 2 on Tuesday at an event in New Delhi. The company collaborated with the Mukesh Ambani backed operator Reliance Jio to offer a bonus of 100GB 4G data over the purchase of the newly launched Xiaomi Mi Max 2 either from online or offline channel. The offer is narrowed down to 10 recharges of Rs 309 and above till May 2018. At the event, facts regarding the mobile data consumptions have been presented and how this data war is trending in the Indian telecom market since the launch of Reliance Jio. Mi India confirmed the partnership through a tweet:



According to a study, it was revealed, India used to consume approximately 0.2 billion GB of mobile data per month before Jio came into action. However, launch of Reliance Jio has elevated the scale of data consumtion upto 1.2 billion GB per month. Out of 1.2 billion GB, 1 billion GB data per month is consumed by Reliance Jio alone. Particularly, Reliance Jio created a world record of fastest 100 million user acquisition ever. Reliance Jio carries 15 percent of the world's data traffic and is one of those companies that has exabyte (1quintillion bytes) network in the world.
Mukesh Ambani's telecom company has shoved the path for 4G revolution in the country and is getting recognition as big technologies like Apple. Reportedly, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 will be available from 12 pm on Thursday, July 20 via Mi.com and Mi Home at a price of Rs 16,999
